Heritage Real Estate is committed to giving back to our community. The team supports a wide range of charities, community groups, sporting clubs and schools – pledging their time volunteering for various causes throughout the Central Coast.
Starting in 2020, Heritage Real Estate has an annual design competition created to give back to local primary schools. With over 10,000 entries from 28 schools, the winning school receives $50 for every sale we make throughout November – with the winning student’s design used as the official ‘sold’ sticker across the Heritage signage throughout the following month.
Our Winter Appeal collects donations of warm clothes, blankets and food to give to disadvantaged families in our community. Working with Toukley Neighbourhood Centre, Heritage has helped deliver hundreds of packages to numerous families who need them.
Fundraising events for various charities frequent the Heritage Offices – Jeans for Genes, Biggest Morning Tea, Red Nose Day, Clean Up Australia Day and more are contributed to by the team. When we hear of a family or individual who needs help, Heritage will often organise charity events to ensure they get adequate support. Previously Heritage Real Estate raised over $16,000 for a local girl with Cerebral Palsy Quadriplegia, Jasmine Pyne – aiding her family in purchasing a wheelchair accessible vehicle.
We believe sport is integral to the Coastal lifestyle. Northlakes Junior Rugby Club, Northern Power Cricket Club, Wyong District Netball Association, Kanwal Warnervale Rovers Football Club, Soldiers Beach Surf Life Saving Club, Norah Head Boardriders and Wallarah Point Physical Culture are all supported by the Heritage team. A referral program is also available whereby clubs can gain an additional agreed amount for each successful referral we receive from the club.
